At Traders Delights, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

You must request the return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, unless it arrived defective or damaged.

The item must include all original accessories, components, manuals, tags, and packaging, where applicable.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the authorized return address.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us. The return address may be different from the shipping address shown on your package. Items sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping
For returns based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer preference, or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. After reviewing and approving your claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost to you.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for authorized returns. Traders Delights is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching the authorized return destination.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
The 7-day reporting request helps us investigate shipping and fulfillment issues promptly and does not reduce any rights you may have under applicable law or any otherwise applicable portion of this 30-day policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Downloadable or digital products

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products

Items marked Final Sale before purchase

Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery

Items missing original components, accessories, or parts

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is generally to request an authorized return for the eligible item and, once approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
7. Refunds
Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution and are outside our control.
Refunds may be reduced or denied when permitted by law if:

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may be unable to cancel it. Once delivered, an eligible item may be returned under this policy.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned because:
