When a delay is caused by severe weather, a shipping carrier, customs authorities, government action, or another event outside our reasonable control, additional delivery time may be required beyond the estimated 10 business days.
Traders Delights is not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available tracking information and appropriate carrier-related inquiries.
4. Peak Season and Holiday Delays
During high-volume periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

5. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers may receive tracking details after the order has shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address
the order will be reviewed after the package is returned.
Where permitted by law, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, or additional carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check all entrances, porches, garages, mailrooms, and secure delivery locations.

Ask household members whether they accepted the package.

Contact your apartment office, concierge, front desk, or building management.

We will review available tracking and order information and assist where reasonably possible. Resolution may depend on carrier records, delivery confirmation, shipping protection coverage, and the circumstances of the shipment.
11. Lost Packages
A delayed package is not automatically considered lost.
Packages may experience periods without tracking updates because of:

When such circumstances occur, delivery timelines may be extended for the duration reasonably necessary to address the disruption.
